Printer Cartridge Warranty
Toner Express guarantees each Toner and Ink Cartridge to be free of defects in both material and workmanship.
Toner Express warrants that, subject to conditions below and providing cartridges are operated under normal use, our Toner and Ink Cartridges will not cause damage, abnormal wear, or deterioration to any compatible printer.
This guarantee is conditional upon any claim being FIRST assessed by a technician nominated by Toner Express (A'Asia) Pty Ltd. Costs associated with normal maintenance and cleaning of printers are specifically excluded from coverage hereunder.
In the event that any printer of your Company fitted with a cartridge provided by Toner Express (A'Asia) Pty Ltd is damaged by reason of any defect or fault in the aforementioned cartridge AND PROVIDED ALWAYS THAT the cartridge used is of the type and style required and specified for use within the model of printer damaged, Toner Express (A'Asia) Pty Ltd shall indemnify your Company against the cost of all repairs and replacement parts but excluding the cost of normal maintenance and servicing of the printer PROVIDED FURTHER that this indemnity is conditional upon your Company giving notice in writing to Toner Express (A'Asia) Pty Ltd, within twenty four hours of the damage occurring.
Toner Express' liability hereunder shall be limited to replacement or reimbursement as provided above. This warranty is exclusive, and in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
If you have any technical questions regarding the use of a cartridge, please call for assistance; if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the performance of a cartridge; return the cartridge in its original packaging and Toner Express will replace the cartridge or refund the full purchase price.
